I really need to lose weight fast
I know you’re itching to know what I’m doing talking about how to lose weight fast. Here’s the story: a few days ago I visited a friend’s place where I had to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and was a very intense experience. By the time I got to the top, I was perspiring profusely, coughing, my skin was hot, and I was in bad shape. I went into the bathroom, splashed some cold water on the back of my neck, and looked up into the mirror, and that was when it hit me: I need to lose weight fast.
In some ways, I feel like I’ve turned into my dad. He was a ferociously obese guy, with a wonderful sense of humor and a strong, good-natured approach to life. But man, he was fat. And now I’m growing big as well. Don’t misunderstand, I love my dad, but I very much would like to keep myself from getting to 300 pounds. Because once you get that far along, there’s really just no turning back.
So I’ve reading up on how to lose weight really fast. My wife has agreed to do this with me, saying that she would also like to lose some weight, which should definitely make it a lot easier to stick to whatever diet program we decide on. There’s an almost unmanageable quantity of contradictory weight loss tips out there.
I’ll keep you guys in the loop about how good the diet turns out for us. I understand weight loss isn’t going to be easy, but it’s time to make it happen as far as I can tell, so I am going to really be trying hard to understand how to lose weight fast.
