If you can’t find frozen acai berries in your local grocery or health food store, liquid extracts–and to some extent powdered extracts–are the next best options.
If you don’t want to take acai berry in frozen or liquid form for whatever reason, you can simply take acai berry tablets along with your daily vitamin regimen. While they are certainly not as effective as fresh berries or extracts, you will still be able to gain some health benefits such as weight loss and increased energy levels.
