You see photos and ads showing lean, attractive guys and gals looking great in bathing suits. The guys have 6 pack abs, all their abdominal muscles well-defined. The gals have flat, shapely mid-sections. Mid-sections that set off the rest of their bodies with breath-taking effects. All of them look really great!
